The Leadership in Training (LIT) is a program that is designed to kickstart the leadership experience by providing trainees with exposure to Lippert’s unique culture and product-building processes through a rotation-based program. It is in place to build the skills needed to lead self, team and business toward high-performance.
Mentoring
The Lippert Mentoring Program has a mission of empowering team members to realize their full potential, with a focus on professional growth, leadership development and career progression. Participants experience opportunities to grow, meet incredible people and make positive differences on professional and personal levels.
Lippert University
Lippert U offers courses and training on a wide variety of topics – from financial wellness and health & fitness, to learning a new language. Courses in this program are customized to meet the needs of our team members. The best part of it all? it's totally free for all Lippert team members!

Lippert recognizes that team members may need to be absent from work to care for a newborn child, newly adopted child, or newly placed foster child. Team members receive up to 4 weeks of paid time off to welcome a newborn, adopted or foster child via Lippert's Parental Bonding and/or Recovery from Childbirth leave programs.
Lippert Scholarship Program
Team members’ children can apply for our college scholarship program. Scholarships are awarded in a fixed annual amount of up to $2,500.00 for first-year B.S./B.A. program applicants.

You may include your resume, but you need to complete any “required” fields on the profile and application form to ensure we have consistent information from all our applicants.
After you submit your online application, you will receive an email confirming we received it. Check your spam folder if you don’t find it shortly after you apply.
You will be notified via e-mail or phone if your background and skill sets are a match for the open position you applied for. Lippert does not use algorithms to develop applicant pools. Your application will be read by a human being who evaluates your experience and carefully reviews your answers to our screening questions.
Typically, the interview process involves at least two steps: a preliminary interview followed by a second interview with additional team members. Depending on the job requirements, you may also be asked to take a skills test, answer additional questions, or submit a portfolio.
You do not need to bring any additional copies of your application or resume — we have everything we need. If anything else is required, we will list these items in your interview confirmation email.

After you accept the position, you will be provided official details regarding your employment such as job title, benefit eligibility, salary and hire date. Your first day of work will be a mutually agreed-upon date that allows you to provide notice to your current employer and takes into consideration your leader’s schedule.
The benefits you receive are dependent on the number of hours you are scheduled to work each week. When we make a job offer, you will receive a full list of provided benefits.
You will be eligible the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
