You may include your resume, but you need to complete any “required” fields on the profile and application form to ensure we have consistent information from all our applicants.

After you submit your online application, you will receive an email confirming we received it. Check your spam folder if you don’t find it shortly after you apply.

You will be notified via e-mail or phone if your background and skill sets are a match for the open position you applied for. Lippert does not use algorithms to develop applicant pools. Typically, the interview process involves at least two steps: a preliminary interview followed by a second interview with additional team members. Depending on the job requirements, you may also be asked to take a skills test, answer additional questions, or submit a portfolio.

You do not need to bring any additional copies of your application or resume — we have everything we need. If anything else is required, we will list these items in your interview confirmation email.

The benefits you receive are dependent on the number of hours you are scheduled to work each week. When we make a job offer, you will receive a full list of provided benefits.

You will be eligible the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
