Important Health Coverage Tax Documents

Due to new federal regulations designed to reduce paperwork and administrative burden, Lippert will no longer automatically mail 1095-C tax forms starting with tax year 2025 (reported in 2026).

Your 1095-C for 2025 will be available electronically on BenefitSolver at LippertBenefits.com. 1095-C forms will be found under Personal Documents on the home page. For tax year 2025, statements will be available no later than the IRS deadline, March 2, 2026.

Form 1095-C is a tax information statement regulated under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). It reports specific information to the IRS, including whether Lippert offered you health insurance during the year and, if so, the type of coverage offered and its affordability.

You do not need this form to file your federal tax return; however, you’re encouraged to keep it with your tax records.
